Dual Factor is a method of security that requires a user to put in a 2nd, unique, code when logging in. This provides an additional level of security for the users information.

When dual factor security is enabled on an account, each time the user logs in, they will be emailed a unique code that will need to be entered into the system before they can be logged in. Without the correct code, the user cannot log in.

While this is not a requirement for all eServices users, some eServices applications require users to use dual factor security.
